How to use LM7809 in a circuit

 Basic schematic of the LM7809 controller:

Required components:

• LM7809 controller
• Input capacitance: (recommended): 0.33 µF
• Output capacitance: (recommended (recommended)): 0.1 µF or better: 0.1 µF or better.
• 1.5.1.1.1.1.5.1 (optional, but recommended for high load)

Configuration steps:

1. Connect the unregulated DC input to pin 1 (IN).
2. Connect pin 2 (GND ) to earth ground.
3. Connectthe regulated 9 V voltage to pin 3 (OUT).
